There’s a girls golf powerhouse in the state of Arkansas, and it happens to be in Craighead County! The Lady Bearcats of Brookland wrapped up their third consecutive Class AAAA State Championship on Friday afternoon at Sage Meadows Country Club in Jonesboro, defeating runner-up Nashville by 15 strokes. Monday afternoon, “The Drive with Brad Bobo” opened up the First National Bank High School Coaches’ Corner for a visit with head coach Randy Oxford to recap the Brookland three-peat on the links.
