With two weeks to go in the 5A-East boys’ basketball race, the Greene County Tech Golden Eagles (19-5 overall) are still in the hunt for the postseason. Jeff Guiot’s squad is in fourth place at 6-and-4 in the league, and on a four-game win streak after a convincing 73-54 home win over Jonesboro Friday night. But there’s a big matchup Tuesday when Searcy (10-12/5-5, 5A-East) travels to Paragould. Monday afternoon, the coach joined the First National Bank High School Coaches’ Corner on “The Drive with Brad Bobo” to look at the home stretch for the Golden Eagles.
