The fourth edition of KNEA’s Flashback Friday was a replay of Arkansas State football’s 45-0 rout of Middle Tennessee in Jonesboro on December 1, 2012. “The Drive with Brad Bobo” brought in two of the key people who were a part of that Sun Belt Conference championship win, starting with the Red Wolves’ head coach that afternoon, Gus Malzahn. The current Auburn boss took a fond look back at that game, discussed how he and his Tigers program are working through the new normal brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, and talked about a former Springdale High School player and one of his college assistant coaches Eric Munoz (the new head coach at Brookland High School.)
