A standout athlete who’s played in the last two Class 5A State Championship football games announced Wednesday afternoon that he’s committing to play his college career in Jonesboro. Corey Platt, Jr., a 6-foot-2, 195 pound incoming senior wide receiver and defensive back at Little Rock Christian Academy, will be a Red Wolf beginning in 2020. His Warriors beat Pulaski Academy in 2018, but came up short in the final to the Bruins last season. He joined “The Drive with Brad Bobo” Wednesday to tell us what lead to his decision.
