Just hours after his introductory press conference as the new Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics at Arkansas State, Tom Bowen joined “The Drive with Brad Bobo” for his inaugural visit. The twelfth Athletic Director in school history, Bowen had been running his own collegiate consulting firm for the past two years after serving as the AD at both San Jose State and Memphis. We get his early assessment of his new program, and what’s down the road for the Red Wolves’ athletic department.
