The 3AAA Conference opens up district baseball tournament play on Tuesday at Manila High School, but Rivercrest has earned a trip to regional play next week by finishing second in the league. The Colts finished at 13-3 in the league, one game back of regular season champion Walnut Ridge. Rivercrest head coach Stephan Elrod joined the First National Bank High School Coaches’ Corner on “The Drive with Brad Bobo” Monday afternoon to hear about the Colts success in the 2021 campaign.
