For the first time in eight seasons, the Harrisburg Hornets will make an appearance in the Arkansas Activities Association football playoffs. The Hornets (7-3/4-3; number 4 seed from the 3AAA Conference), travels to Atkins to face the Red Devils (8-2/6-1; 2d seed in the 4AAA) Friday night. Harrisburg head coach Aaron Thornton joined the First National Bank Coaches’ Corner on Tuesday’s edition of “The Drive with Brad Bobo”.
