The 2019 high school football season in Arkansas begins Monday evening in Jonesboro, with the Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield Kickoff Classic doubleheader at Centennial Bank Stadium. The opening game pits the Greene County Tech Golden Eagles against the Jonesboro Westside Warriors, a rematch of a 53-52 barnburner won by GCT a season ago. Westside head coach Bobby Engle joined “The Drive with Brad Bobo” Thursday afternoon for a preview of the contest.
