One of the early pleasant surprises in northeast Arkansas high school football is the Manila Lions. After a close loss to Earle in their Week Zero opener, Manila rolled past EPC last Friday night to even their record at 1-and-1, and gave Cain White his first head coaching victory. He joined the First National Bank High School Coaches’ Corner on “The Drive with Brad Bobo” on Tuesday for a look at the first two weeks of the Lions’ season.
