The Drive Interview with Chelsey Saffell–Oct 12 2021

Posted by willoswalt on October 12, 2021 in The Drive on KNEA

Have you ever wanted to run 26 miles, 385 yards? There someone from Jonesboro who did just that on Monday! Chelsey Saffell ran in the 125th edition of the world famous Boston Marathon (which was rescheduled from its usual April date), running the famous course in 3:23:27 (finishing 4377th overall, 1058th among female competitors, and 772nd in the women’s 18-39 age group.) “The Drive with Brad Bobo” talked with Chelsea from Beantown about her experience, the qualifying run she had to get there, and the support from her family, and her coworkers at Hilltop Family Dentistry.
