There’s a change on the basketball court at Buffalo Island Central for the 2020-2021 season, as the Lady Mustangs will be under new leadership. Wednesday, “The Drive with Brad Bobo” opened up the First National Bank High School Coaches’ Corner to welcome in Chuck Winkleman, a Minnesota native who has coached high school hoops in Arkansas and Texas, and was a former assistant coach at Hendrix College in Conway.
