The Arkansas State football program picked up a huge addition on Thursday. Justin Rice, a senior linebacker from Fresno State–a first-team all-Mountain West Conference performer in 2019, and the league’s preseason Defensive Player of the Year this year–is now a member of the Red Wolves as a graduate transfer. A-State defensive coordinator and linebackers coach David Duggan talked about the new arrival, along with the rest of the defense, when he visited “The Drive with Brad Bobo” Friday afternoon.
