“The Drive with Brad Bobo” went “The Last Dance” on Tuesday afternoon. A former staff member of the Arkansas State Athletic Department was at one time the Public Relations Director of the Chicago White Sox. As part of his duties there, Doug Able was given an assignment by owner Jerry Reinsdorf in 1994: go to Birmingham, Alabama and follow around a rookie Class AA player. That rookie was Michael Jordan, and that brief foray into baseball was featured on “The Last Dance” over the weekend. Doug joined “The Drive with Brad Bobo” with his recollections of what that year was like for him.
