The Arkansas State Department of Media and Journalism will host a benefit golf tournament on Labor Day weekend to benefit a scholarship honoring a NEA broadcasting legend. The director of the department, Dr. Brad Rawlins, stopped by “The Drive with Brad Bobo” on Wednesday to promote the Dick Clay “That’s Sports” Scholarship golf tournament on Friday, September 3 at RidgePointe Country Club. We also hear about some new cooperative efforts between his department and East Arkansas Broadcasters.
