On Monday, Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson announced the creation of an Economic Recovery Task Force to help the state return to business in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic. One of the 27 members of the group is Arkansas State University System President Dr. Chuck Welch. He joined “The Drive with Brad Bobo” Tuesday afternoon to discuss some of the issues that the task force will be facing, as well as how the ASU system continues to operate in the “new normal”.
