The Arkansas State track & field program were scheduled to travel to Birmingham, Alabama over the weekend for an indoor meet hosted by Samford University. But because COVID-19 regulations between the Sun Belt and Ohio Valley Conferences didn’t mesh, the Red Wolves dropped that trip and organized their own home meet on Sunday. We visited with head coach Dr. Jim Patchell on Monday’s edition of “The Drive with Brad Bobo” to recap the day for A-State at the Scarlet & Black Invitational, which included nine event wins and 38 top-five finishes combined between the women’s and men’s teams.
