One of the key parts of a football gameday at Arkansas State is the school’s marching band, The Sound of the Natural State. With COVID-19 at the forefront the last several months, not only are sports wondering what will happen next, The Sound is also looking at what the near future holds. Tuesday afternoon, “The Drive with Brad Bobo” welcomed in to the show Dr. Steven Riley, member of the Department of Music faculty, and Director of Athletic Bands, with a look at what he and his musicians are looking at in the upcoming year under the new normal.
