There are two state championship basketball teams in Mississippi County thanks to the last Monday’s decision by the Arkansas Activities Association to cancel the eight remaining state title games that hadn’t been played last month. That means longtime rivals Rivercrest and Osceola are the Boys Basketball Class 3A State Champs for the 2019-2020 season.
