He had a successful run as the boys’ basketball coach at Cedar Ridge High School, then moved on to Highland for two seasons. Now, Isaac Middlebrooks returns to girls hoops as he takes over the reigns of the Walnut Ridge Lady Bobcats. He was in the First National Bank High School Coaches’ Corner on “The Drive with Brad Bobo” Wednesday afternoon to discuss his move to Lawrence County, as well as what it’s like to coach a high profile player; he did it at Cedar Ridge with Austin Reaves, and now he’ll work with Bailey Augustine in her senior season with Walnut Ridge.
