The defending Class 5A Girls Basketball State Champion Nettleton Lady Raiders have opened their 2020-2021 season at 5-and-2, after splitting a pair of road games at Kirby and Lake Hamilton over the weekend. Nettleton head coach Jason Smith joined The First National Bank High School Coaches’ Corner on “The Drive with Brad Bobo” on Monday afternoon to take a glance at his team’s opening season run, and what’s ahead in the 5A-East Conference race, which will begin a week from Friday (December 18).
