For the Jonesboro Lady Hurricane basketball team that took the Class 6A State Championship last year, this season is one of transition. One of last year’s stars is now playing across town, but two players are returning from injuries. This years’ club has started the season 3-2, receiving votes in the first Arkansas Sports Media overall Top 10 polls, as well as for the Class 5A Top 5. Head coach Jodi Davis-Christenberry joined “The Drive with Brad Bobo” Tuesday with a look at her team ahead of their trip to the Lady Bulldog Classic in Fayetteville beginning Thursday afternoon.
