In 1993 and 1994, Kevin Gill led Ridgecrest/Paragould High School to back-to-back Girls’ State Basketball Finals appearances, and both against their arch-rivals, Greene County Tech. (GCT won in 93 and the Lady Rams in 94.) On state finals week, and with rivals Rivercrest and Osceola meeting this Friday in Hot Springs for the AAA Boys title, “The Drive with Brad Bobo” visited with the former coach on what it’s like to face a familiar foe for all the marbles.
