A brand new (and expanded) racing season at Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs opens Friday afternoon, and a man who has his eye on the action is “The Railbird”, Lang Wittman. The veteran handicapper joined “The Drive with Brad Bobo” Thursday afternoon with his thoughts on his memories of Oaklawn, the upcoming schedule, and a few tips for the opening weekend.
