An already big weekend at Oaklawn Park has gotten even bigger with the change in Saturday’s Rebel Stakes. The race has been split into two divisions to help give horses normally running in Triple Crown prep races at California’s Santa Anita course a chance to compete after Santa Anita suspended its racing operations earlier this month. To give us a perspective on what’s been happening in Hot Springs and California, “The Drive with Brad Bobo” was joined Friday by its racing and handicapping expert, “The Railbird”, Lang Wittman.
