The Walnut Ridge Bobcats had a big finish to their 2018 football season, earning the third seed in the postseason from the 3AAA conference, and a 37-22 first-round home playoff victory over Lake Village Lakeside. Now, Larry Treadway’s club will put its 9-2 record and six game winning streak on the line this Friday night with a road test against the state’s number one team in Class 3A, the Booneville Bearcats. The coach visited “The Drive with Brad Bobo” on Wednesday to talk about the task ahead for Walnut Ridge on Friday.
