The Drive Interview with Lewis Earnest–May 29 19

Posted by willoswalt on May 29, 2019 in The Drive on KNEA

“The Drive with Brad Bobo” continued its spring football tour of area high schools on Wednesday, traveling to Mississippi County. The Gosnell Pirates (6-5 in 2018, 5-2 in the 3-4A Conference) have a new head coach for 2019 in Lewis Earnest. He comes to the Pirates from Wynne, where he was an assistant for three years (the last two as Defensive Coordinator). He’s also had assistant coaching stops at Greene County Tech, West Plains, Missouri, and Rector. He talked about his time as an assistant, and how his club has looked in the spring, which included a big change in its offensive philosophy.
