Three members of the Arkansas State University track & field team (Caitland Smith, Carter Shell and Michael Carr) are in Austin, Texas to compete in the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships beginning Wednesday at the University of Texas. Mother nature has already thrown a potential monkey wrench into the proceedings, with the opening day events being adjusted because of weather concerns.
