The 3-4A Conference boys’ basketball race finished with a tie at the top of the ladder Tuesday on the final night of the league season. The Blytheville Chickasaws and Jonesboro Westside shared the crown at 11-3, following Blytheville’s fourth-straight victory, a 44-39 win over Brookland, and Westside’s 69-66 loss at Valley View.
