The nationally-ranked Arkansas State men’s golf team (43rd in the country in Golfweek and number 46 in Golfstat) opened their spring semester schedule at the Border Olympics in Laredo, Texas. Coming from 13 shots back in the final round, the Red Wolves took a lead, and eventually finished second, two shots back of ULM. Zan Luka Stirn tied for second in the individual standings, earning him Sun Belt Men’s Golfer of the Week honors. “The Drive with Brad Bobo” welcomed head coach Mike Hagen to the show Thursday to discuss the great start to the spring.
