In a game that wasn’t on the original 2020-2021 schedule for either team, the 19th/18th ranked Arkansas Razorbacks women’s basketball team hosted 3rd-ranked powerhouse Connecticut Thursday at Bud Walton Arena. In front of the largest crowd in women’s college basketball this season (a sold out crowd of 4400 under the COVID-19 attendance restrictions), the Hogs stunned the previously unbeaten Huskies 90-87. Following Friday afternoon’s practice, head coach Mike Neighbors joined “The Drive with Brad Bobo” with the story of how the came came together, and the big victory.
