A group of hoops standouts with ties to the state of–and the University of–Arkansas will have a shot at some big fame (and big money) next month when they take part in “The Basketball Tournament”. The 64-team event with the Elam Ending in every game, begins the weekend of July 16 and concludes with the $1,000,000 winner-take-all final in Dayton, Ohio on August 3. Team Arkansas is the #6 seed in the Wichita region, and they’ll meet 11-seed, the Fort Worth Funk in their opener.
