Friday afternoon, “The Drive with Brad Bobo” talked international basketball with Arkansas State’s Norchad Omier. He’s back after representing his native Nicaragua in the FIBA World Cup Pre-qualifier Americas held recently in El Salvador. The Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year, and 1st Team All-Conference team member helped his home country join Costa Rica and the host nation in moving on to the second round in July. We get to hear his thoughts on the tournament, and how it felt to return home for the first time in a while.
