One of northeast Arkansas’ veteran high school basketball coaches reached a career milestone on Tuesday. Rick Smith, now in his 12th season as head coach of the Marmaduke Lady Greyhounds, recorded victory number 373 with the school on Tuesday night. The record-setting win came in a 54-25 decision over Sloan-Hendrix in the Quarterfinals of the WBU High School Tournament in Walnut Ridge. “The Drive with Brad Bobo” welcomed Coach Smith to the First National Bank High School Coaches’ Corner on Wednesday to recap the milestone, and to look at his current ball club.
