The man who is one of the legends of Arkansas State athletics–without ever running, jumping, shooting, or hitting–has a new position within the Athletic Department. Head football trainer Ron Carroll is now a member of the senior staff following his recent promotion to Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine. “The Drive with Brad Bobo” welcomed him to the show on Wednesday to discuss the new title and what it entails, his incredible streak of working Indians/Red Wolves football games (532 straight and counting), and how his staff dealt with the COVID-19 pandemic.
