Play Ball!! It’s time to talk college baseball on “The Drive with Brad Bobo”, and we start in Walnut Ridge with Williams Baptist University. The Eagles went 15-33 a season ago, but fourth-year head coach Stephen Abanathy has plenty to work with in the upcoming campaign, thanks to a number of junior college and NCAA Division 1 transfers to add to his players from around northeast Arkansas. WBU opens the season at home on Saturday, welcoming in Champion Christian College for a doubleheader beginning at 12 Noon. (The Eagles and Tigers will also meet in another doubleheader in Walnut Ridge on Tuesday.)
