Arkansas State Track & Field/Cross Country head coach Dr. Jim Patchell has made an addition to his coaching staff, with the hiring of Timothy Thompson as the assistant coach for the sprinters and hurdlers; he held the same positions at Kansas Wesleyan last season. Thompson is a former high school all-American, and a 5-time all-Southland Conference performer at Texas-Arlington. He was a guest on “The Drive with Brad Bobo” Thursday afternoon.
