It’s time for some off-season college baseball talk on Thursday’s edition of “The Drive with Brad Bobo”, and for that, we welcome in Arkansas State head baseball coach Tommy Raffo. On Thursday, the NCAA Division I Council amended the scholarship rules for equivalency sports for the upcoming school year, to allow student-athletes to accept non-athletic aid along with their athletic scholarship money without counting against the sports scholarship limits. We get coach Raffo’s take on that measure, and how they crunch the numbers to divide 11.7 scholarships among 27 players.
