The Drive Interviews with Jack Wafler and John Farris–May 21 19

Posted by willoswalt on May 21, 2019 in The Drive on KNEA

Williams Baptist University makes more sports history this weekend by sending its first ever qualifiers to the NAIA Track & Field National Championships. The Eagles will have two participants, both in the men’s competitions: junior Jack Wafler in the 5000 meter race walk, and senior John Fairris in the marathon. On their way to the title meet in Gulf Shores, Alabama, Jack and John joined “The Drive with Brad Bobo” to talk about their road to the nationals, plus some education on the race walk, and foot care for marathoners.
